Turn your booth into a destination! 🧭

Add the Collector's Passport Sponsorship to your vendor table and become an official stop on the R&D Holiday Show adventure.

Your business name/logo will be featured inside the official Collector's Passport given to participating attendees. Throughout the show, collectors will be encouraged to visit each Passport Sponsor's booth to receive a stamp or sticker in their booklet.

Once attendees complete the required stops, they'll be eligible to enter a special Collector's Passport Giveaway!

For vendors, that means more than simply having your logo on a sign — we're giving attendees a reason to find your booth, stop at your table, and interact with your business.

Your Passport Sponsorship includes:

• Your logo/business featured in the Collector's Passport

• Your booth designated as an official Passport Stop

• Attendees directed to your table to collect a stamp or sticker

• Additional opportunities for conversations, sales, follows, and brand recognition

• Participation in a show-wide interactive activity designed to keep attendees exploring the vendor floor

Already reserving a table? Add the Collector's Passport Sponsorship to your reservation and make your booth part of the adventure.

Vendor table reservation required. Passport Sponsorship is an add-on and does not include a vendor table.
