Note:
This listing is for the purchase of a vendor table at Ohio Collect-A-Thon, taking place April 25–26, 2026 at Cherry Valley Lodge in Newark, Ohio.
 
Each vendor table is 8 feet long. We will provide at least one chair per vendor booth.
 
Vendor tables are assigned at the discretion of event staff. Table placement is determined by layout, traffic flow, and sponsorship level. Vendors purchasing a sponsorship must complete their table and sponsorship purchase within the same transaction to ensure proper placement and benefits.
 
Sponsorship placements receive priority positioning. If you are purchasing a sponsorship, please be sure to add your tables to the same order as your sponsorship.
 
All vendors are required to review and adhere to the Ohio Collect-A-Thon Vendor Rules & Policies prior to purchase.

All table sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Tables may be transferable only with prior written approval from event management.
Event management reserves the right to adjust table layouts as needed for safety, traffic flow, or operational requirements.
